Subscription Terms

1. Plans & prices

• Notice — Free: one draft workflow report per month.
• Pro — $16/month or $154/year (USD): five full PDF workflow reports per month.
• Studio — $119/month or $1,142/year (USD): unlimited reports, 30-day micro-tune email tracking, and a quarterly review.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.

2. Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until you cancel. We charge the payment method on file on each renewal date.

Before you pay, we clearly show the price, the billing cycle, that the plan auto-renews, and how to cancel. We do not use pre-checked boxes. After purchase we email you a confirmation with these terms.

By subscribing, you authorise S Q SOLUTIONS LIMITED, through our payment processor, to instruct your card issuer to charge your payment method the recurring amount shown at checkout on each billing date, for the initial and all subsequent renewals, until you cancel.

3. Cancelling & price changes

Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal; access continues to the end of the current period. If we change prices, we'll give notice before the change applies to your renewals.

4. Failed payments & authentication

If a renewal payment fails or your bank requires extra authentication (e.g. 3-D Secure / SCA), we'll ask you to update or confirm payment. Access may pause until payment succeeds.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy: no refunds for partial periods or unused reports, except where required by law.
