Terms of Service

1. Who we are & what this is

Flowsolve is a software subscription operated by S Q SOLUTIONS LIMITED that helps individuals run a personal time audit and produce a structured weekly workflow report. It is not a medical, psychological, consulting, coaching, or HR service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and S Q SOLUTIONS LIMITED (NZ Companies Office no. 1502415, NZBN 9429035452294) ("Flowsolve", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a paid plan.
• You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current so we can deliver the service and required notices.

3. Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled. Full details are in our Subscription Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show "FLOWSOLVE AUDIT".

4. Acceptable use & content

You agree to use Flowsolve only as allowed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You keep ownership of the information you enter; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service to you.

5. No professional advice; disclaimers

Flowsolve provides software and informational output for self-reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, health, legal, financial, or HR advice. See our AI Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law; we do not warrant any particular outcome or productivity result.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other laws that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes, termination & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app, and continued use means acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
